Marty Burbank on the CBS Evening News

Orange County, California: Marty Burbank stunned the families of Orange County kindergarten children.  The founding attorney of OC Elder Law pledged to the 26 children in the kindergarten class of Rio Vista Elementary School that he will pay their college tuition in 2032 – all they have to do is tell him what they want to be when they grow up.  “I realize I’ve made a minimum commitment of $1 million when you factor in inflation rates,” Burbank shares, “but on a daily

basis

I work hard to provide seniors and their families with peace of mind.  I love doing that and this is a

continuation

my ongoing commitment to the families in our community.”

“He was going to buy a boat,” managing attorney Joshua Ramirez continues, “but instead he decided to make the difference in the lives of kids in our community. He doesn’t even know most of them.  That’s the type of person Marty is.  That’s the real commitment our law firm has to this community.”  Burbank and Ramirez work together OC Elder Law, an Orange County firm that focuses specifically on navigating seniors and their families to peace of mind in southern California.  OC Elder Law just recently gained national attention with their full page spread in Forbes Magazine’s California Leaders in Law section.
