Erlinda Vasquez received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. In college, Erlinda was involved in many extracurricular activities including the Harvard Latino Leadership Initiative (LLI). As an LLI Scholar, Erlinda partnered with Harvard Kennedy School to create a community service project in Los Angeles. She later received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School where she discovered her passion for Elder Law. Her first year of law school, she interned at the Elder Abuse Section at the District Attorney’s Office where she assisted the District Attorneys in successfully convicting two defendants for murder. As a third-year law student and while working at the United States Attorney’s Office, Erlinda was able to see the great work that was done at the Veterans Affairs (VA) when representing the VA in a trial. Erlinda enjoys helping families prepare for the future to live a better present.
